Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
